Travel Alberta Tourism Conference Excellence - How Do You Measure Up ?November 14, 2005.

Learn about recent research conducted in cooperation with the Tourism Industry Association of Canada, on Excellence within the Canadian Tourism Industry.  Find out where industry is doing well and needs to improve, and learn about what industry counterparts are doing in targeted improvement areas.  This session will also provide participants with an opportunity to self-assess their business, against the Canadian Framework for Excellence criteria, to see how they measure up.
